Bravo! Matt, this is precisely why on my websites, I moderate all comments and don't allow garbage through. However, I wasn't aware comment moderation was available on Substack. Perhaps I didn't read that section yet. If you know how to do that, and if you don't mind, please email me and cut my learning curve. (Apparently some folks aren't yet aware freedom of speech [or expression, as it's now called] is not required in private enterprises.)
